Financial statement

Summary financial statement results from elaborating the official financial statements of the company and including balance sheet, profit & loss account and ratios, reclassified according to the IV and VII European Union directives. Cerved trend is a document containing the financial statements for several years for which, in accordance with current regulations pursuant to EEC Directive IV, the statement models relative to the complete financial statements are used as opposed to the summary financial statements. Figures, Ratios and information are shown in relation to financial statement one next to the other in order to make for easy reading and analysis. This document differs from the document Summary Financial Statements in its more extensive chart of accounts which is more in keeping with the standard financial statement model provided for in EEC Directive IV. Cerved trend plus includes all information included in Cerved Trend document plus an analysis of average figures for the sector in which the company operates. The document is formed of the following sections: Company Identification, Calculation Parameters for Sector Averages, Summary of Operating Results and Distribution of Profits, financial statement, Financial Statements’ Percentage Composition, Balance Sheet ratios and sector comparisons. Benchmark is an instrument for the competitors analysis, with business information and financial statement to analyse competitors and compare their performance by using charts and key ratios obtained from their financial statements (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account). Besides offering a vast range of on-line information services, Cerved Business Information also offers its customers some specific services, designed to meet special needs. The Financial Statement Analysis - CEBI service (Analisi di Bilancio - Cebi) is a software making it possible to reclassify, aggregate and compare data in several years' financial statements of the same company or of different companies. It also permits comparison of a company's trend with the sector average and sector analyses.
